Q: How long will it take to receive my NOTA ring?
A: Every custom ring has a lead time of 4-6 weeks.

Q: Do you provide rush ring options?
A: As each ring is made by hand in New York, the process does take 4-6 weeks. However in certain circumstances we understand that this timeline doesn't work and are happy to discuss expedited ring options. Please contact us at info@notajewels.com for more information.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All NOTA rings are non-refundable, however, we do provide a trade in service for NOTA products only. 

Q: What is your repair policy?
A: At NOTA, we take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should need repair on any jewelry piece purchased from NOTA Jewels, please email info@notajewels.com. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
NOTA Jewels will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of purchase for 14K, 18K, or Platinum pieces. Repairs needed after these timelines or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. 
 
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Sales tax is only collected on orders picked up from our show room or shipped to addresses in New York State. 

Q: How should I care for my NOTA piece?
A: Please e-mail us at info@notajewels.com for our extensive NOTA care document.

Q: What form of payment does NOTA accept?
A: We accept certified checks or wire transfers.

Q: Does NOTA jewels ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do! Jewelry shipped outside the U.S may be subject to taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Please be aware all international shipments can be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Q: What are your business hours?
